Every Veteran has a skill, a passion, a talent…..a thing they do that has the potential to become part of their life purpose when they’re done. Mine is ice cream. At BE FREE we create our best versions of classic flavors, as well as new and modern inventions using proprietary formulas with flavorings from fresh produce, and freshly baked pastries, treats, and ingredients while being mindful to include interesting textures.

         The meaning of ‘BE FREE,’ came from a discovery that true personal freedom comes only from the clarification of one’s mind to realize happiness is a choice. A decision to let go of the past and circumstances and experiences that have interrupted the light of the true and authentic self. Coming to terms with the ego allows space to realize self-truth, and that we have all the answers we need in ourselves and the people we love, to live life on our own terms, to be happy now, and to BE FREE.


Therefore, we promote self-truth, honor, and virtue, by slinging elite ice
cream to freedom-loving people!
