My name is Chris Fettes and I am the creator of Be Free Craft Ice Cream and Be Free Craft Cafe. Every Veteran has a skill, a passion, a talent…..a thing they do that has the potential to become part of their life purpose when they’re done. Mine is ice cream. Sometime after starting an operation and selling ice cream from my garage, our two Chefs joined the effort and started sourcing baked goods. Fast forward through multiple commercial kitchen experiences and our flagship Cafe build out, we are now in full swing as a creamery, bakery, and coffee house.

At BE FREE CRAFT CAFE we create our best versions of classic flavors, as well as new and modern inventions using proprietary formulas with flavorings from fresh produce, and freshly baked pastries, treats, and ingredients while being mindful to include interesting textures. Our coffee is sourced from trusted local Veteran Owned roasters that take great care in the quality of their beans and roasts. In our bakery and kitchen our Chefs create everything fresh daily from scratch ingredients with great inspiration and love.

         The meaning of ‘BE FREE,’ came from a discovery that true personal freedom comes only from the clarification of one’s mind to realize happiness is a choice. Commit to living righteous, surrender to your purpose, and enjoy the benefit of inner peace and total freedom.
