Like every Be Free flavor, Chocolate Dark Matter is made Philadelphia style — no egg base — and churned with low overrun, meaning less whipped-in air. The result is a denser, creamier scoop where the ingredient flavors come through clean. All seven flavors are KOF-K kosher certified.
