The Craft
How Chocolate Dark Matter is made
Like every Be Free flavor, Chocolate Dark Matter is made Philadelphia style, with no egg base, and churned with low overrun, meaning less whipped-in air. The result is a denser, creamier scoop where the ingredient flavors come through clean. All seven flavors are KOF-K kosher certified.
Be Free was founded by former Navy SEAL Chris Fettes in memory of Kyle Milliken.
