This Privacy Policy explains how Be Free Ice Cream ("Be Free," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit our website, sign up for updates, contact us, or place an order. • Information you give us. When you join our email list or submit a retailer request, we collect details such as your name, email address, and the city, state, and retailer you tell us about.
• Order information. If you buy merch, your order and payment are processed through Shopify, which collects the information needed to fulfill your purchase.
• Usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical and usage data (such as pages viewed and general device/browser information) through cookies and similar technologies only when you accept non-essential tracking.

Essential site features work without marketing trackers. Google Analytics (GA4), the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Klaviyo onsite tracking do not load unless you select Accept in our tracking notice. If accepted, these tools may set their own cookies and process limited information about your visit to help us measure traffic and marketing performance.
